The secret

Without great service and a solid structure in which to work, things might get a little messy. Our Account handling teams are always there when you need them, effortlessly orchestrating a seamless delivery of brilliant ideas, beautifully crafted.

We are fastidious in keeping our clients up to date and as involved with the project as they want to be. We are an inspiring bunch right from the writing of the brief to the last pixel posted or dot printed.

Ticking the boxes

Believe us when we say we take this seriously. Yes certain essentials need to be in place to satisfy best practise and health and safety etc, but we don’t just accommodate these requirements. Like most things we do, we embrace them. For example we have now been accredited with our ‘Investors in People’ for over 13 years and that is not by trying to meet certain criteria, it is simply a reflection of the way we are and how we work together. Merchant is a very solid and well-established business that has been trusted by its clients for many years.
