As part of an overall marketing strategy – which also included a full website redesign, direct mail, email and content marketing campaigns – a winning video was created to enter the Driving Digital Challenge hosted at the International Technology Enabled Care conference.
This is the leading digital health sector event in the UK, with a theme this year of ‘Connected Care, Connected Homes and Connected Communities’.
The brief to enter the Driving Digital Challenge was received just two weeks before the submission deadline. In that time we needed to identify the key aims of the video, film the content and develop the animation as well as aligning the proposition to concentrate on the specific success criteria for the conference and award.
We tailored the message of the video to fulfil the key aims, inline with the criteria of the award. Our extensive industry experience allowed us to do this in a compelling and engaging manner – appealing to the highly knowledgeable event attendees.
We identified the spokesperson for our client as being both presentable and articulate, and therefore decided that a talking heads style video would be a cost effective and quick solution. With careful use of animation, we pinpointed important facts to reinforce the message we had identified. Finally, we provided justification for our claims through the use of genuine patient testimonials.
Following being successfully shortlisted to present, we produced the supporting presentation that ultimately led to our client being awarded the Driving Digital Challenge award for 2016 – gaining them valuable extended awareness and credibility in a secondary market that is closely associated with their core audience.
